Not compatible with itouch 3g

I just downloaded your game and it wont install into my ipod itouch 3g with the latest ios. Why do you have itouch 3g with ios 4.0 listed, if the game doesnt run on it? I just paid for this game, and NOW I cant play it! This is NOT GOOD! Can you please fix...
When I can play the game, then I will change my rating...
